Key Responsibilities
- Perform general yard cleanup, sweeping, and waste disposal to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and equipment using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision (e.g., rakes, shovels, pressure washers).
- Support skilled tradespersons and other team members with various tasks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as weeding, watering, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Be a reliable and punctual team member, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a commitment to punctuality.
