Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, removing hazards, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and assist with concrete mixing and pouring.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tidying up after tasks and disposing of waste correctly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific rules.
- Report any potential hazards or incidents to site management promptly.
- Perform other general labour duties as required to support the overall project objectives.

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform strenuous tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

- Basic understanding of construction site safety.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction labourer role (6 months minimum).
- CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Manual handling certificate.
- First aid certification is a plus.
