Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the factory.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and transport items to designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor, workstations, and storage areas.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as instructed, following all safety guidelines.
- Follow production schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Assist skilled tradespersons or operators with various tasks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
