Key Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Assist skilled tradespeople and operators with various project requirements and tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures meticulously.
- Perform site clean-up and waste disposal according to environmental regulations.
- Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents immediately to supervisors.
- Adhere to project timelines, work schedules, and instructions from site supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong physical stamina, endurance, and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety principles and practices.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
