Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various project-related duties.
- Maintain clean and organized work sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Support logistics by moving materials to and from work areas as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to a supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following safety guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
