Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced spatial analysis and geo-processing tasks using various GIS software.
- Manage, maintain, and update complex geospatial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Design, produce, and present high-quality maps, web maps, and interactive dashboards.
- Develop and implement custom GIS tools and scripts to automate workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver tailored GIS solutions.
- Provide technical support and training on GIS applications and methodologies to internal teams.
- Conduct field data collection and validation activities when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Suite (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online) and/or QGIS.
- Strong understanding of geospatial data models, projections, and coordinate systems.
- Expertise in spatial analysis techniques, including network analysis, raster analysis, and geocoding.
