A seasonal Golf Course Attendant role at a leading recreational facility in O’Fallon, Missouri, is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love the outdoors and excel in customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with bags and golf equipment.
- Inspect, clean, and stage golf carts daily, ensuring they are fully charged and stocked with scorecards, pencils, and sand/seed bottles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf cart barn and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and maintain the driving range, collecting and washing practice balls, ensuring stations are clean and stocked.
- Manage the practice putting greens, keeping them clear of debris and organized.
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding course conditions, facility amenities, and daily operations.
- Assist the Pro Shop staff with various tasks, including answering phones, scheduling tee times, and managing inventory as needed.
- Enforce course rules and etiquette politely and professionally to ensure an enjoyable experience for all golfers.
- Perform light maintenance duties around the clubhouse and course as instructed by management.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or guest concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff.
