Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of various government forms and applications.
  • Undertake research and gather information to support departmental projects and decision-making.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior officers and various teams as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information and data.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within administrative processes.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
