Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and environmental scans on relevant government policies and programs.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform policy development and evaluation.
  • Draft clear, concise, and evidence-based research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Assist in monitoring legislative changes and policy trends at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Support senior analysts in stakeholder engagement activities, including preparing background materials and summaries.
  • Maintain organized research databases and documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to the development of policy recommendations based on research findings.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to research projects as required.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in research methodologies, including data collection and analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
