Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform policy development and evaluation.
- Draft clear, concise, and evidence-based research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Assist in monitoring legislative changes and policy trends at local, state, and federal levels.
- Support senior analysts in stakeholder engagement activities, including preparing background materials and summaries.
- Maintain organized research databases and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Contribute to the development of policy recommendations based on research findings.
- Perform administrative tasks related to research projects as required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in research methodologies, including data collection and analysis.
