Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and secondary research on assigned policy topics.
- Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including government reports, statistical databases, academic journals, and surveys.
- Assist in the analysis of data using appropriate methodologies and tools to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Draft sections of research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other communication materials under the guidance of senior staff.
- Verify factual accuracy and consistency of information presented in all research outputs.
- Support the preparation of grant applications and project proposals.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Sociology, or a related field.
