Key Responsibilities
- Process and review government service applications and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry, maintaining and updating electronic and physical records systems.
- Respond to routine inquiries from the public or other government agencies, directing complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and other communications.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government policies, procedures, and regulations.
