Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in a structured rotational program across various departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to gain comprehensive business understanding.
- Support assigned teams in daily operational tasks, project execution, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations to aid departmental decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues and mentors on cross-functional projects, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas.
- Continuously learn and apply new skills, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Engage actively in all training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities provided.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources) from an accredited university.
- GPA of Good or higher (or equivalent academic achievement).
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of initiative, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn.
