Job Description
Purpose Society is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Grant Funding Data Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an organized individual to contribute to meaningful community programs through the accurate and efficient management of critical grant-related data. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information that supports our funding applications, reporting, and compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update grant-related data into our internal databases and record-keeping systems.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files for all grant applications, awards, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of grant funding reports by extracting and compiling relevant data.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all grant information.
- Support the Grant Manager and other team members with administrative tasks related to grant research, submission, and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to gather necessary information and clarify data points.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive grant and organizational data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and systems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
