Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in the creation and preparation of visual assets for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring files are properly named, tagged, and accessible.
- Conduct image research and procure stock photography/vector graphics as needed, adhering to brand guidelines and licensing requirements.
- Perform basic graphic design tasks such as resizing images, simple photo retouching, color correction, and layout adjustments.
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and concept mock-ups for client and internal reviews.
- Support the creative team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and project coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
- Proofread designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before final delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A foundational portfolio demonstrating design aptitude (personal or academic projects welcome)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
