Job Description
Are you a budding graphic designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative communication? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact community engagement? Millennium bim, one of Mozambique’s leading financial institutions, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Design Helper to join our local team in Messica, Manica Province. This is a unique part-time opportunity designed for individuals seeking flexible hours, allowing you to balance your professional development with other commitments while gaining invaluable experience in a reputable organization deeply committed to serving the local community.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our local marketing and communications efforts, ensuring that our brand message resonates effectively within the Messica community. You will collaborate closely with our regional teams to translate strategic marketing goals into compelling visual content that speaks directly to our customers. Your daily tasks will involve assisting with the creation of a wide range of materials, from engaging digital advertisements for social media campaigns and website updates to essential print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters distributed across our local branches. You’ll also help develop in-branch promotional displays and internal communications graphics, playing a crucial role in maintaining our visual consistency and professional image. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table, helping us to maintain a vibrant, approachable, and trustworthy image within the financial sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of graphic design principles, a working knowledge of industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team structure. While direct experience in the financial sector is not strictly required, a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a meticulous commitment to producing high-quality, brand-compliant work are absolutely essential. This position offers a fantastic platform for you to refine your design skills, build a robust professional portfolio with real-world projects, and understand the nuances of corporate branding and communication within a local market context. We believe in fostering local talent and providing an empowering environment where creativity can flourish, helping you to develop into a well-rounded design professional. Join us in making a tangible difference in how Millennium bim connects with its customers and the wider community in Messica, contributing to financial literacy and accessibility through impactful visual storytelling. If you’re ready to take on a flexible yet impactful role and contribute to the success of a leading institution, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our local success story.
