Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, print, and digital campaigns, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Design comprehensive visual identities including logos, brand guidelines, and corporate stationery.
  • Create engaging marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Produce compelling digital assets including website layouts, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and banner ads.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other design team members to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all channels.
  • Present design concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating design choices and incorporating feedback constructively.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and adhering strictly to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Ensure all design outputs meet technical specifications for print production and digital deployment, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, design software advancements, and best practices to continually enhance our creative output and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, print design, and digital media design.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Solid grasp of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles for digital design.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas and strategic objectives into clear, visually engaging, and effective design solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field.
  • Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) or video editing software.
  • Familiarity with web design platforms or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Previous experience working in a creative agency or similar client-facing design role.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in digital design.
