Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and globally-minded Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and execute compelling visual content for a wide array of platforms, including digital campaigns, social media, web experiences, print collateral, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency while adapting to cultural nuances. This is not just about creating beautiful visuals; it’s about understanding global trends, consumer behaviors, and market-specific requirements to craft designs that speak universally while feeling intrinsically local. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-quality graphic designs for global marketing campaigns, digital platforms, social media, email, print, and in-store visual merchandising.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while effectively adapting to cultural and market-specific sensitivities for international audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, product development, and international teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and creative visual communications across multiple channels.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Stay abreast of global design trends, digital technologies, and competitor activities to continually elevate our visual strategy.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to refine designs.
  • Prepare final artwork files for various output methods, ensuring technical specifications are met for production.
  • Contribute to the evolution of global brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work for digital and print
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven experience adapting designs for diverse international markets and cultural contexts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or a global brand setting
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile platforms
  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones
