Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate strategic objectives into compelling design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to established brand guidelines and design standards.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas.
- Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and proper formatting.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative problem-solving
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to articulate design decisions and receive constructive feedback
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
