As a Graphic Designer at Neo Financial, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and executing a wide range of visual assets across various digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, display ads, and website content.
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs for various brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with Neo Financial's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Contribute to the evolution of Neo Financial's brand style guide, advocating for design best practices and innovative visual approaches.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to refine and optimize creative deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and impact of our visual communications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work, demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively in a remote setting.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take initiative.
- Experience designing for various digital platforms (web, mobile, social media).
- Adaptability and openness to feedback, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a tech or FinTech company.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation for digital content.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and their application in marketing materials.
