Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop compelling concepts, graphics, and layouts for product launches, marketing initiatives, and brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Rocket Companies' brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, typography, color, and imagery across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content specialists, to understand project requirements and deliver strategic design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs as necessary to achieve optimal results and meet strategic objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and creative output for the team.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows within the creative team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.
