Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute original illustrations for various platforms including web, print, and digital media.
  • Collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and content teams to conceptualise and deliver visual solutions.
  • Translate complex briefs and abstract concepts into compelling and clear visual narratives.
  • Maintain strict brand consistency and visual guidelines across all illustrative outputs.
  • Utilise industry-standard software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and client feedback cycles.
  • Prepare and format final artwork for production across different mediums and specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest illustration trends, techniques, and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse illustration styles and technical abilities.
  • Excellent drawing, sketching, and digital painting capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of colour theory, typography, and visual composition.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into clear and engaging visual forms.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality artwork.
  • Effective communication and strong collaboration skills within a team environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a closely related creative field.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and their application in illustration.
  • Previous experience working in an agency, studio, or other fast-paced creative environment.
