Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Translate user requirements, business goals, and technical capabilities into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects, including web and mobile.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience.
- Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Demonstrable experience with design systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics for UI.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical feasibility.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
