Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to validate design solutions.
- Establish and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and visual brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, software developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs.
- Present and articulate design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure innovative design solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- A strong portfolio showcasing compelling UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Expertise in responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, iconography, and layout, with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with animation or motion graphics for UI to enhance user engagement.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
