Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planting, potting, and transplanting of seedlings and mature plants.
- Perform regular watering, feeding, and general care of plants according to established schedules and protocols.
- Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies and report findings to supervisors.
- Participate in pruning, weeding, and other plant maintenance activities to ensure optimal growth and health.
- Contribute to the harvesting, sorting, and packaging of produce or plants for distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse, including workspaces and equipment.
- Operate basic greenhouse equipment and tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and horticultural best practices.
- Assist with greenhouse setup, climate control adjustments, and general facility upkeep as needed.
