Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock frozen merchandise in designated freezer sections, ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO – First-In, First-Out).
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the freezer aisles, storage areas, and display cases.
- Verify product dates, remove expired or damaged goods, and report discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in team efforts to prepare for new shipments.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and food handling procedures, especially in temperature-controlled environments.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers as needed, directing them to products or escalating inquiries to appropriate staff.
