Key Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, and watering green spaces.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all grounds, pathways, and common areas.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
- Assist with planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Perform waste management tasks, including litter picking and proper disposal of refuse.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on fences, gates, and outdoor fixtures.
- Monitor grounds for any hazards or maintenance needs and report them promptly.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently to complete assigned tasks.
