Key Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and cultivating gardens and flowerbeds.
- Maintain the health of plants, trees, and shrubs through proper watering, fertilizing, and pest control techniques.
- Operate and maintain a variety of groundskeeping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and plant hydration.
- Keep all outdoor areas, pathways, and common spaces clean, free of debris, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Implement seasonal tasks, including planting, mulching, raking leaves, and preparing grounds for different weather conditions.
- Monitor the property for any potential hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Assist with minor repairs to fences, outdoor furniture, and other property fixtures as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations related to groundskeeping activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and well-maintained property.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Groundskeeper or in a similar landscaping role.
- Solid knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and garden maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in operating various groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
