Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging lawns and garden beds.
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune shrubs, trees, and flowers.
- Assist with the upkeep of irrigation systems.
- Remove litter, debris, and fallen leaves from pathways, lawns, and common areas.
- Safely operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers (training provided).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Support in seasonal clean-up efforts and special landscaping projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
