Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests, clients, and visitors upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
  • Address guest inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer assistance with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Effectively resolve guest concerns and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling all related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Process payments, manage bookings, and update guest records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other team members and departments to ensure operational efficiency and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
