Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using designated software.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest requests.
- Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency, adhering to company protocols.
- Actively listen to guest feedback and seek opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain logs of guest interactions and room availability.
