Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of guest services, including front desk, reservations, and guest relations.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process efficiently and courteously.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for immediate resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's property management system.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options in May Pen and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and balance daily transactions with precision and integrity.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Learn and adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
  • Develop strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
