Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Accurately process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for immediate resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions, events, and dining options in Foothills, Yuma.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining clear and courteous communication.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and accurately balance daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management) to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, contributing to a welcoming first impression.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required Skills
