Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information about our services, facilities, and local attractions in Keeshkeemaquah and Portage la Prairie.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a proactive approach, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring all details are correctly logged and communicated.
- Operate multi-line phone systems and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area, upholding brand standards at all times.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Act as an ambassador for our establishment, reflecting our commitment to excellent service.
