Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about our services, local attractions, and directions.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth process.
- Manage and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs and special requests.
- Assist with reservations and booking procedures, if required.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of guest services.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance to enhance their experience.
