Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process and accurate registration.
- Efficiently handle guest check-outs, processing payments, and issuing accurate invoices.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding facility services, local attractions, and general inquiries.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests and concerns.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area, reflecting the establishment’s high standards.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision, utilizing property management systems.
- Professionally address and resolve any guest complaints or issues, escalating when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages accurately.
