Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all arriving guests with a friendly smile and enthusiastic greeting, making them feel instantly at ease.
- Assist guests with initial inquiries, courteously directing them to reception, their rooms, or other relevant resort areas.
- Provide basic information about the resort's amenities, services, daily activities, and local attractions on Pemba Island.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting lobby and entrance area, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment at all times.
- Offer assistance with luggage when required, coordinating efficiently with porters to ensure smooth guest transitions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer help or solutions before being asked, demonstrating genuine attentiveness.
- Handle guest feedback and minor concerns gracefully and professionally, escalating more complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with the front desk, concierge, security, and other resort departments.
- Adhere strictly to all resort policies, procedures, and high-service standards to maintain operational excellence.
