Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in members and guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage member accounts, including new sign-ups, renewals, updates, and cancellations.
- Process payments for memberships, personal training sessions, and merchandise accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address in-person inquiries about gym services, classes, and schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Provide tours of the facility to prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for personal trainers and other services.
- Handle and resolve member concerns or direct them to appropriate staff members.
- Promote gym programs, special events, and retail products to members.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required for various shifts.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality, retail, or fitness environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, point-of-sale systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
