Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly, managing check-ins and directing them appropriately.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle walk-in inquiries regarding memberships, classes, and services.
- Process membership applications, renewals, and payments accurately using our club management software.
- Schedule appointments for personal training sessions, facility tours, and other services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Provide accurate information about club facilities, programs, and promotions.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Handle member feedback and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Open and close the facility as per operational procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Promote a positive and energetic atmosphere for all members and staff.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email, internet).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
