Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage salon appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately using our booking system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle all client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process payments, manage the cash register, and handle daily reconciliation of transactions.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Provide clients with information about our services, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Resolve client complaints or issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with retail product sales, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Coordinate with stylists and therapists to ensure timely service delivery and smooth client flow.
- Maintain client records and update necessary information.
- Support general salon operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
