Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of hair services, including cutting, styling, blowouts, updos, coloring (highlights, lowlights, balayage, full color), perms, relaxers, and hair treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desires, assess hair condition, and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and adhere to all salon health and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and industry research.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences.
- Manage appointment schedules, process payments accurately, and assist with retail product sales.
- Collaborate positively with fellow team members to ensure a harmonious and efficient salon operation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in various hair cutting and styling techniques for diverse hair types.
- Proficiency in hair coloring, including advanced techniques.
