Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring (highlights, balayage, full color), perms, and chemical treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair condition, understand desired looks, and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality services and providing aftercare advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and comply with all salon health and safety standards.
- Manage client appointments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to sales of salon products.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
- Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting.
- Strong proficiency in various cutting techniques for different hair types and styles.
- Expertise in hair coloring, including corrective color and modern techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification from a recognized cosmetology or beauty school.
