Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring (highlights, balayage, full color), perms, relaxers, and treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair condition, discuss desired outcomes, and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, products, and techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their salon visit, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
- Promote and sell salon retail products, advising clients on suitable home care routines to maintain their hair health and style.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the salon's high standards of service and foster a positive working environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Exceptional skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments.
