Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring (e.g., permanent, semi-permanent, highlights, balayage), perms, and various hair treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair condition, discuss desired outcomes, and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and salon environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
