Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, including sweeping, dusting, and clearing aisles.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Assist with basic key cutting, paint mixing, or other minor hardware services as needed after training.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
