Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and irrigating crops under the guidance of farm supervisors.
- Execute timely and efficient harvesting of various spices, fruits, and herbs, ensuring minimal damage and optimal yield.
- Sort, clean, and prepare harvested produce for packaging and transportation, adhering to quality standards.
- Assist with farm maintenance, including clearing land, repairing fences, and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and farm objectives.
- Monitor crop health and report any signs of pests, diseases, or other issues to supervisors.
- Participate in general farm clean-up and organization activities.
