Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that align with the establishment's brand and culinary vision.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure the highest quality and consistency.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with all regulations.
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste through effective purchasing and portion control.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and professional growth among the culinary team.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences and address feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new techniques, and culinary innovations.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, cleaned, and properly utilized.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Chef role in a reputable dining establishment.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional culinary skills across various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
