Job Description
Fayoum University is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Growth Marketing to lead our efforts in expanding our reach, attracting top talent, and enhancing our institutional reputation. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive growth strategies that drive student enrollment, promote academic programs, boost research visibility, and strengthen community engagement. The Head of Growth Marketing will merge strategic foresight with hands-on execution, employing data-driven insights to identify new opportunities for market penetration and brand elevation.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will build and manage a high-performing marketing team, oversee the university’s digital presence, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and program promotion.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and university data to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Enhance the university's brand presence and reputation across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, and research centers to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance and user acquisition.
- Develop robust reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or growth-focused role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies in a competitive environment.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
