Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap meticulously aligned with Globe Telecom’s overall growth objectives and market leadership goals.
  • Proactively identify, rigorously evaluate, and strategically prioritize high-impact potential partners across diverse sectors including technology, retail, finance, and public service.
  • Lead the negotiation, structuring, and successful closing of complex, high-value partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustainable value creation.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust, enduring relationships with key partners and influential external stakeholders at executive levels.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of partnership professionals, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and ample development opportunities to achieve aggressive departmental targets.
  • Ensure seamless and effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, legal, and operations, to integrate partnership initiatives flawlessly.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances management, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or financial services industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, structuring, and closing significant, impactful partnership deals.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Superior negotiation, compelling communication (both written and verbal), and impactful presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
