Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and support to clients, adhering strictly to individual care plans and promoting their independence and dignity.

- Act as a first point of contact for junior Health Care Assistants, offering guidance, support, and demonstrating best practices in their daily duties.
- Monitor and accurately document client health status, reporting any significant changes, concerns, or incidents to senior staff immediately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and care standards.
- Participate actively in client assessments and care plan reviews, contributing insightful observations and constructive feedback.
