Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct personal care and support to clients, adhering strictly to individual care plans and promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist in coordinating daily care activities, ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed and tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Act as a first point of contact for junior Health Care Assistants, offering guidance, support, and demonstrating best practices in their daily duties.
  • Monitor and accurately document client health status, reporting any significant changes, concerns, or incidents to senior staff immediately.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and care standards.
  • Participate actively in client assessments and care plan reviews, contributing insightful observations and constructive feedback.
  • Support the effective integration and onboarding of new team members, upholding Career.zycto's values and commitment to excellence.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records, ensuring data protection at all times.
