Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, document observations, and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Assist patients with medication reminders as directed by licensed professionals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Support patient independence and dignity while providing necessary care.
- Participate in care planning and team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent healthcare certification/license from country of origin
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a direct patient care role
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong empathy and patience
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
